Return & Refund Policy
At OT Wellness Hub, we aim to provide a seamless and trustworthy experience for all our customers. Since we offer both digital programs and physical nutrition products, our return and refund policies differ based on the type of purchase.

1. Digital Products (Training Programs, Guides, Online Plans)

All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Since these are downloadable and non-returnable assets, refunds are generally not provided, except under the conditions below:

Eligible Refund Cases

Technical Issues – If you are unable to access or download the product due to an error beyond your control.
Unauthorized Transaction – If your payment method was used without your consent.
Duplicate Order – If you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical glitch.

How to Request a Digital Product Refund

Email us at otwellnesshub@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number / Payment Proof
  • Description of the Issue

Your request will be reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ Incorrect product selection
❌ Failure to download or use the product
❌ Product not meeting personal expectations unrelated to functionality

2. Physical Products (OT Nutrition Creatine Supplements)

We take pride in providing clean, certified, high-quality supplements. If you receive a product and are not satisfied, returns are available under specific conditions.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be:

  • Unopened
  • In original condition
  • Seal intact and untampered

After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Eligible Returns

❌ Opened, used, or tampered products
❌ Broken seal
❌ Missing original packaging
❌ Products purchased during discounts, promotions, or festive sales (Final Sale)
❌ Return requests made after the 7-day window

Deductions

  • 3% payment gateway fee
  • Two-way courier charges

These amounts will be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs.
We do not cover courier fees for returned products.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong product
  • An unsealed/tampered product
  • A manufacturing defect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at otwellnesshub@gmail.com with:

  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Order ID
  • Packaging images

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Final Sale Items

All items purchased during:

  • Promotional offers
  • Launch discounts
  • Early bird offers
  • Festive deals

are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
